Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship with FREE shipping via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight carrier depending on the size of your order. Most products ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How Do I Track My Order?
Visit our Track Your Order page to check the status of your shipment. You’ll need your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you an RMA number and return instructions.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at (305) 850-6693 or [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our return policy.
Warranty Claims
Most products sold on Cedars HVAC carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Check your product page or documentation for details.
