Blower Wheels

Blower Wheels from Cedars HVAC move conditioned air through furnaces, air handlers, fan coils, and package units. Also called squirrel-cage wheels, they attach to a blower motor shaft and are matched to the cabinet’s airflow design. Choose a replacement by wheel diameter, width, hub position, shaft bore, rotation direction, blade style, and the equipment model; a similar-looking wheel can still fit poorly or move the wrong amount of air. Clean buildup from the housing and check the motor, capacitor, and set screw when changing a wheel. Correct airflow supports cooling capacity, heating performance, and quiet operation.
