Sensors

Sensors from Cedars HVAC provide the temperature, pressure, humidity, water-level, flame, and position data that HVAC controls need. Examples include thermistors, temperature probes, pressure transducers, condensate float sensors, flame sensors, and occupancy or damper-position devices. Select the exact sensor by equipment model, sensing range, electrical output, connector, mounting method, and calibration requirement. A temperature sensor may use a resistance curve specific to the board, while a pressure sensor may output 0-5 V, 0-10 V, or 4-20 mA. Never assume sensors are interchangeable based only on appearance.
