Transformers

Transformers from Cedars HVAC step line voltage down to the 24-volt AC power used by thermostats, relays, contactors, zone valves, and other HVAC controls. They are found in furnaces, air handlers, unit heaters, refrigeration panels, and standalone control enclosures. Choose a transformer by primary voltage, such as 120, 208, 230, or 240 volts, secondary voltage, VA capacity, mounting style, fuse protection, and terminal arrangement. The VA rating must cover the combined load of connected control devices without overheating.
