The Everwell clear standard PVC strip curtains are manufactured of heavy duty, high capacity PVC capable of maintaining flexibility under temperatures from 167° to -20° F (75° to -30° C). Clear standard PVC strip curtains provide an effective barrier to help insulate areas from unwanted insects, dust, and noise without blocking traffic, visibility, or light. Clear reinforced PVC strip curtains are manufactured of heavy duty, high capacity PVC capable of maintaining flexibility under temperatures from 149° to -40° F (65° to -40° C). Clear reinforced PVC strip curtains provide an effective barrier to help insulate areas from unwanted insects, dust, and noise without blocking traffic, visibility, or light. These curtains have been endorsed by the USDA as a fundamental part of produce distributing and transport.

NEW MANUFACTURING PROCESS = IMPROVED QUALITY

We have significantly improved strip clarity and laking problems. Also we have enhanced low temperature formulation so that it remains even more pliable in freezer applications down to -20° F. Material was folded, twisted, and held for 10 seconds…once released the PVC sprung back instantaneously. After 5 seconds the PVC strip had returned to position and after 30 seconds there was no evidence of folding or twisting.

PROPOSITION 65 – Not only have we made vast improvements to our PVC curtains, but we are now compliant with California’s Proposition 65. Proposition 65 also known as The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, “intends to protect California citizens and the State’s drinking water sources from chemicals know to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, and to inform citizens about exposures to such chemicals”, according to the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment.
