This is the Pioneer Quantum Fresh WYT012GLUI25FV-16S, a complete single-zone ductless mini split heat pump. You get the matched indoor high-wall air handler, the outdoor condenser and a 16 ft. installation kit in one purchase. Therefore you do not have to source the components separately.

The system delivers 12,000 BTU of cooling at 24 SEER2 and 13,100 BTU of heating at 9.5 HSPF2. It is factory pre-charged with R-32 refrigerant, so it is unaffected by the R-410A phase-out. Because the compressor is inverter driven, it modulates output instead of cycling hard on and off. As a result, the room holds temperature more evenly and energy use drops.

What sets the Quantum Fresh series apart is the built-in fresh air intake. The indoor unit draws in 18 CFM of outside air while it conditions the space. Consequently indoor air quality improves without a separate ventilator. Rated coverage is roughly 350 to 500 sq. ft., and the unit runs as quiet as 30 dB(A) in mute mode.
