No. Both are AP12 stainless drainage pumps rated 1 HP at 230 V, but 96010664 (AP12.40.08.1) is the manual version — no float switch, hard-wire cable. Grundfos 96847171 (AP12.40.08.A1) is the automatic version with a factory float switch. Choose based on whether your installation already has level control.

Does this pump come with a plug?
No. The 25 ft mains cable is supplied with no plug so the pump can be terminated at a panel, disconnect, or transfer switch. If you need a NEMA plug, add one during installation to match your service.

Can I use it for grey wastewater?
