The SSFD-284T is an Everwell suction line filter drier with 1/2″ ODF copper solder connections on both the inlet and outlet. It installs in the suction line ahead of the compressor to trap acid, moisture, sludge and debris, which makes it a standard part of any compressor burnout cleanup or compressor replacement. How the SSFD-284T works

The SSFD series uses a large-diameter shell and a pleated filter element, so it filters more surface area with a low pressure drop.
