This Trane Odyssey 10 ton split system is sold as one complete set: the TTA120K4CAAE02Q outdoor cooling condenser matched to the TWE120K4AAAP01L indoor air handler. Both units are rated for 460 volt, three-phase, 60 Hz power on a single refrigerant circuit, and both are built for R-454B, the A2L refrigerant that replaced R-410A in new commercial equipment.

Odyssey is Trane’s light commercial split-system platform for 6 to 25 ton applications. It is the standard replacement path for aging rooftop or split equipment in retail buildings, warehouses, light manufacturing plants, schools, houses of worship and office suites, where the existing ductwork stays in place and only the equipment is replaced. The TWE120K4AAAP01L air handler accepts a field-installed Trane electric heater kit. Two 460 volt three-phase options fit this system, and each is sold separately:

• BAYHTRS410A — 9.96 kW electric heater kit, 460V, 3 phase (approx. 33,985 BTU/h)
• BAYHTRS415A — 14.96 kW electric heater kit, 460V, 3 phase (approx. 51,058 BTU/h)

Select the heater by the building’s supplemental heating load, not by the tonnage of the system. If the space needs roughly 34,000 BTU/h or less of electric heat, the 9.96 kW kit is normally sufficient; above that, specify the 14.96 kW kit. Both kits install inside the air handler cabinet and are powered on the same 460 volt three-phase service. Add the heater kit to your cart alongside this system and both ship together.
