The Coldflow CFF120 is a 10 ton (about 120,000 BTU/h) 10 ton water source heat pump in a vertical cabinet, built for standard 208-230 V three-phase power and charged with low-GWP R-454B refrigerant. It is designed for mechanical rooms, closets and equipment rooms on boiler/tower water loops and geothermal systems and uses two independent refrigerant circuits.

Where a 10 ton water source heat pump is used

Water source heat pumps move heat between the building water loop and the space, so one loop can heat some zones while it cools others. A 10 ton vertical unit is a common choice for retail spaces, restaurants, offices and common areas in condo towers, where it often replaces an older R-22 or R-410A unit of the same size. Connect it with flexible hoses, isolation valves and an automatic balancing valve sized to the unit’s design GPM.
