The QE universal vacuum pump oil is composed of a severely hydrotreated paraffinic oil with the following exposure limits: TWA (ppm): 5 mg/m³ (oil mist) and % by V/V: 100. Toxicological data on ingredients: acute oral toxicity: LD50 > 5000 mg/kg (rat). QE vacuum pump oil properties include: clear appearance, hydrocarbon odor, vapor pressure: 0.0225mm of Hg @ 20C, specific gravity (water = 1): 0.875, melting point (pour point): 0 degrees Fahrenheit / -17 degrees Celsius, and is insoluble in water.
